What needed solving.

A taxi and transfer company in Umag had a site that barely brought any traffic, two or three views a day, with no measurement and no ads that worked. Local Maps results and larger aggregators were taking the clicks. The goal was a steady flow of calls and WhatsApp enquiries through the season, in several languages, since guests come from Germany, Italy and Slovenia.

Solution

What we built.

We fixed technical SEO: hreflang for six languages, structured data, clean canonicals and speed. We wrote and optimized content for what guests actually search (taxi Umag, airport transfers, routes and prices) and added FAQ and schema for richer search results. In parallel we set up Google Ads campaigns with the right keywords and negatives, GA4 and Google Consent Mode v2. The key step: we set up conversion tracking (call, WhatsApp and form) so every enquiry is measured, not just clicks.
