Does it work with our ERP?
We run KIS and KISERP integrations in production and have worked toward Pantheon and Synesis. If the ERP has any export or API, integration is feasible.
We already have an ERP importer, what then?
We leave it alone. We write a bridge that runs alongside the existing importer so your product grouping survives synchronization.
How often does stock sync?
It depends on what the ERP can take. Prices and products typically sync several times a day, stock more often or on demand.
What happens if the ERP goes down?
The order is not lost. It is stored on our side and sent as soon as the ERP is back. Resending does not create a duplicate.
