FAQ

Is the accountant account really free?+

Yes, completely. Monetization is via client subscriptions, not the accountant.

How does a client grant access?+

You invite each other by e-mail (either direction). Once accepted you see their invoices and exports; they can revoke access anytime.

Can I issue invoices for a client?+

Yes - in the selected client's context you issue invoices and offers, run books and exports as if in their account.

I signed up with Google without the checkbox?+

No problem - the first onboarding step has a “Continue as accountant” button while the account owns no company yet.
