FAQ
How is it paid?+
Shopify stores pick and pay for their plan in the Shopify App Store. Everyone else (WooCommerce, sole traders, services) pays by card here. The first 14 days are free; your card is added up front and billing starts on day 15 unless you cancel before then.
Is the quota per company or per store?+
Per company. The monthly invoice count is measured at company level, regardless of the number of stores.
How do I cancel?+
Shopify stores cancel in their Shopify admin. Everyone else via the link in their invoice e-mail or at info@klikoteka.hr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your issued invoices and ledgers stay available afterwards.
Accountant account?+
Free. Manage all clients from one login; monetization is via client subscriptions.
