Anchor price and service price list
From 1 October 2026 the obligation is not limited to retailers. Salons, workshops and cafés must show an anchor price next to each service, and those with a website must publish a machine-readable price list.
The obligation starts on 1 October 2026, in 9 days.

Every registered service sold to a consumer
The decision does not list activities; it covers service providers selling to consumers. In practice:
- Hair and beauty salons
- Hospitality: cafés, restaurants, bakeries
- Workshops: car, appliance, phone repair
- Health and dental services
- Driving schools, laundries, tailors, cobblers
- Anyone else charging a consumer for a service
A small trade is not exempt. Clarifications have been requested but are not in force.
- Three fields per service
- Name, retail price with any special sale note, and the anchor price. Products need eleven fields; services do not.
- One reference day
- 10.9.2026. for all services.
- Publish on every change
- Products update daily; services update on every change by 8:00 that day. The plugin publishes on every save.
- XML or CSV, 30 days
- A machine-readable format with a prescribed file name, each publication kept for 30 days.

Before you buy
What if I have no website?
The publishing obligation applies only to those with an established website. The anchor price must still be shown, but on the price list in your premises.
Which reference day applies to services?
10.9.2026. The earlier day applies to certain products only.
Where do I get the price from that day?
From your own price list. Service prices change rarely and you know what they were, so the plugin has a field rather than a calculation.
Is a small trade exempt?
Being a small trade or company does not by itself grant an exemption. Clarifications have been requested but are not in force.
I have both a webshop and services. Do I need both plugins?
Yes, the obligations differ. They must publish at different addresses, and each warns you if they collide.
