Anchor price and service price list, no WooCommerce

Salons, workshops and cafés will need to show an anchor price next to each service, and those with a website to publish a machine-readable price list. The 1 October 2026 start has been postponed to November. This plugin does both on a plain WordPress site.

The 1 October 2026 start has been postponed, and permanent rules are expected in November. The minister says the aim has not been dropped. The work takes about half an hour, and updates for the new rules come through WordPress at no extra cost.

If you charge consumers for a service, this applies to you.

Hair and beauty salons, cafés, restaurants and bakeries, car and phone repair, dentists, driving schools, laundries, tailors and cobblers. The decision lists no activities, so the net is wide. Small trades are not exempt.

Services need less than a webshop: three fields per service and one reference day, 10.9.2026. No website? Then nothing is published, but the anchor price still goes on the price list in your premises.

The price list you already have, pasted in one go

Copy your list from Word or Excel and paste it. One line per service; the plugin splits it into a table of name, price, anchor price and group. After that you edit it as a table.

Every save is a new publication

For services the rules require publishing on every change, by 8:00 that day. The plugin publishes XML and CSV as soon as you save, with the file name per point VI. Every publication stays online for 30 days, with a JSON index.

The anchor price on your page too

A shortcode prints the list on any page, with an anchor price next to each service. The footer link to the machine-readable list is one switch, no theme edits.

A service added after 10.9.2026.

The Ministry of Economy clarified on 18 Sep 2026: such a service shows its price from the day you first offered it, with that date. The table has fields for it, and the import takes the date as a fifth column.

  1. Buy

    By card through Stripe, with an invoice. Key and ZIP arrive at once.

  2. Install

    Open Plugins, Add new, Upload plugin, then Activate. No WooCommerce needed.

  3. Paste your list

    Under Cjenik usluga. Saving publishes it.

  4. Enter the key

    In the Cjenik usluga menu, Licenca tab. Nothing is published without it.

For €40,00 + VAT you get the plugin and one of our people to set it up on your site. Within one business day of purchase we e-mail you and ask for administrator access to your WordPress, ideally a temporary admin user you delete once we are done. Then we:

  1. install and activate the plugin and enter your licence
  2. enter your services with prices from your existing list
  3. switch on the XML and CSV price list and add a link to it
  4. check how the price list shows on your site
  5. tell you what was done; you then delete the access

Before you buy

  • Is this a subscription?

    No. You pay €20,00 once, plus VAT. If we build your site, the plugin is included at no charge.

  • How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?

    By card, through Stripe. Enter your company and VAT id at checkout and you get an invoice. The licence key and download link arrive right away on the page and by e-mail.

  • Does the plugin work without a licence key?

    No. Without an entered and confirmed key it publishes no price list and shows no anchor price. The key also unlocks updates through WordPress. One key covers one site and its test copy.

  • What if I have no website?

    The publishing obligation applies only to those with an established website. The anchor price must still be shown, but on the price list in your premises.

  • Which reference day applies to services?

    10.9.2026. The earlier day applies to certain products only.

  • Where do I get the price from that day?

    From your own price list. Service prices change rarely and you know what they were, so the plugin has a field rather than a calculation.

  • Is a small trade exempt?

    Being a small trade or company does not by itself grant an exemption. Clarifications have been requested but are not in force.

  • I have both a webshop and services. Do I need both plugins?

    Yes, the obligations differ. They must publish at different addresses, and each warns you if they collide.
