KISERP integration with a webshop and B2B portal
We build integrations with KISERP, the ERP made by Micronic. For companies that already use it we have ready-made solutions: items, per-customer prices and stock come from KISERP, and orders are written into it automatically.
What we read from KISERP
Everything the customer sees on the web comes from your ERP. Nothing is entered twice on the web.
- Items and groups
- The whole catalogue with codes, names, descriptions, units of measure and groups. You do not maintain a second catalogue on the web.
- Prices and discounts per customer
- Each business customer sees the price that applies to them in KISERP, with their discount. The price is not copied into the webshop; it is read from the ERP.
- Stock by warehouse and branch
- Stock comes from KISERP, in total and per branch, so nothing is sold that is not there.
- Customers and their business units
- Partners from KISERP become portal users. A chain with several branches picks which one it is ordering for, each with its own delivery address.
- Sign-in with ERP credentials
- The customer signs in to the portal with the credentials you assign in KISERP. You open a new customer in one place.
- Promotions, images and documents
- Promotional prices with start and end dates, the lowest price in the last 30 days, item images and attached documents.
What we write into KISERP
An order from the web ends up in KISERP without anyone retyping it.
- The order as a document
- The order is written into KISERP as a document: header first, then lines, with the customer, the business unit and the exact item codes.
- No duplicates
- Every order carries its own key. If the same request is sent twice, one order remains in the ERP.
- When KISERP does not respond
- The order is stored and sent again as soon as the connection is back. The customer has ordered and you retype nothing.
- Who placed the order
- When a sales rep orders on a customer's behalf, the order records both the customer and the rep.
Ready-made solutions for KISERP users
This already runs at companies that use KISERP. For you it is adapted to your data, not written from scratch. What KISERP itself offers for web shops is described on Micronic’s web shop page.
B2B wholesale portal on KISERP
Customers order on their own with their prices and stock, and the order is in KISERP that instant. Thirty days from the first conversation to the first order.
B2B portalWebshop alongside Micronic's WooCommerce import
If you already import items into WooCommerce with Micronic's plugin, we leave it alone. We add a layer that works beside it and survives every sync.
Webshop on the ERPItem codes grouped into products
In KISERP every size or grit is its own code. On the web we group them into one product with options, and the order goes back with the exact code.

From the orders that reached KISERP, the warehouse gets its pick lists each morning, in packing order.

Two ways to connect
KISERP API, in real time
For B2B portals: the per-customer price and stock are read the moment the customer looks at an item, and the order is written at once.
File import into WooCommerce
For retail webshops: KISERP sends items, groups, attributes, partners, images and documents, and Micronic's plugin imports them. We build what the import does not cover.
What we learned working with KISERP
- An item that no longer goes to the web in KISERP does not disappear from the web by itself. We track what arrived in each import and take it down ourselves.
- An incomplete import must not empty the shop. Only when an item is missing from several imports in a row do we treat it as gone.
- The regular and promotional price arrive in an order you need to know how to read. Read wrongly, they give the wrong sale price on the web.
- Stock per branch arrives in a single field. We split it so the customer sees stock where they pick the goods up.
Questions about KISERP integration
Do we need to change anything in KISERP?
No. KISERP stays the place where you manage items, prices, customers and stock. We read what you already have in it and write orders into it.
What do we need to start?
Access to the KISERP API, which you arrange with Micronic as your ERP vendor, and an hour with the person on your side who knows KISERP.
We already have WooCommerce and Micronic's import. Do you have to replace it?
No. The import stays as it is. What you are missing, for example grouping codes into products or sending orders back to the ERP, we build as a separate plugin beside it.
How long does it take?
A connector for an existing webshop takes two to four weeks. A B2B portal about thirty days from the first conversation to the first order. It depends on how much has to be connected.
What is your relationship with Micronic?
On its web shop page Micronic lists Klikoteka among the companies KISERP is integrated with. Klikoteka is a separate company, and KISERP is a product of Micronic d.o.o.
Can a mobile app or our own software be connected too?
Yes. The same connector that feeds the portal can feed an app for sales reps in the field, or any software of yours that needs items, prices and stock.
KISERP is a product of Micronic d.o.o. Micronic lists Klikoteka among its integrations on the page Internet trgovina, web shop.
