The three obligations the plugin covers
Two new obligations are announced alongside the existing 30-day lowest price rule; their 1 October start has been postponed to November. A tool that shows only the anchor price, or knows only one reference day, covers part of the job.
Anchor price
Both reference daysThe rule: Every price needs the price on a reference day next to it: 2.5.2025. for food, drink, cosmetics, cleaning products, toiletries and household goods, 10.9.2026. for everything else. Most webshops need both at once.
The plugin: The day is set by a category rule, and the plugin proposes the first-group categories itself. A product added after the reference day gets its first-listing price, with that date.

The rule: When you advertise a discount, the lowest price from the 30 days before it must stand next to the new price. This rule already applied; WooCommerce keeps no old prices.
The plugin: It records the price the buyer sees every day. Until there are enough snapshots it prints nothing and lists products advertising a discount without cover.

How it is computedXML and CSV price list
The rule: The whole catalogue on your website as XML or CSV, refreshed daily by 8:00, with a prescribed file name. Every publication stays online for 30 days.
The plugin: It publishes the list itself every night at 3:15, at a permanent address with an archive, and can add the link to your store footer.

Amounts use the same basis as the price above them, with or without VAT, as your store shows prices.
Product page
Under the price: the price on the reference day and, with a discount, the lowest price in 30 days. On variable products the line changes with the chosen size or colour.
Product cards in the shop and categories
The Ministry's clarification asks for the additional price wherever a price is shown, so the plugin prints it on cards too, in a shorter form. The shampoo uses the earlier day, the dryer the later one, by category rule.
Link to the price list
In the footer, above the product list or below the cart, as you choose. No theme edits and no code.
How it works, in four steps
Install and enter the key
Plugins, Add new, Upload plugin, then Activate. The key arrives right after payment; you enter it in the first step of the setup wizard, which opens by itself.
Confirm which day applies to which category
The plugin proposes the categories that belong to 2.5.2025. by name; you confirm. Everything else stays on 10.9.2026.
Enter the anchor prices
One click from today's regular price if it has not changed since the reference day; an Excel template; or an ERP history import.
It runs on its own
Every night it records prices and publishes the price list, and the store shows both figures under the price.

Before you buy
When exactly must a webshop show an anchor price?
It was due on 1 October 2026 under decisions published in NN 101/2026. On 28 September 2026 the Minister of Economy announced a postponement of the obligations due on 1 October. Permanent rules on the base price and price-list publication are expected in November; the minister said the aim of the measure has not been dropped.
Which reference day applies to my products?
2.5.2025. for food, drink, cosmetics, cleaning products, toiletries and household goods; 10.9.2026. for everything else.
I have no record of the 2 May 2025 price. Now what?
No tool can compute it backwards; it has to be carried over from a system that kept it, usually an ERP or an old spreadsheet.
Does the anchor price have to be higher than today's?
No. It only shows what the item cost on the reference day. If it costs more today, that shows too.
Does it show when the item is not on sale?
Yes, unlike the 30-day lowest price.
The anchor price in detail: the rules, reference days and import

What an anchor price is and when it starts
An anchor price is what an item cost on one prescribed day, shown next to today's price so the buyer sees two points instead of one.
The obligation comes from two Croatian government decisions published in NN 101/2026 on 11.9.2026., originally due from 1 October 2026 (postponed to November) for all retail and services sold to consumers. Online retail counts, so webshops are not exempt.
- Fine for a company: 3.000 do 30.000 €
- Fine for the responsible person: 1.000 do 4.000 €
- Fine for a sole trader: 1,000 to 20,000 euro
Two reference days: 2.5.2025. and 10.9.2026.
The decision sets two reference days depending on what is sold.
A store selling both cosmetics and small appliances needs both days at once, in the same store and the same price list. A tool that knows only one date does not do the job.
For 2.5.2025. no store has its own snapshot, since the day is long past. That value can only come from an existing record, so import is the main way to get it.
Setting which day applies to which products
It is handled by a product category rule; subcategories inherit it, and individual products can override.
- The plugin proposes categories that look like the first group by name; you confirm them.
- Subcategories inherit the parent rule.
- A single product can carry an exception that overrides the rule.
- The admin shows how many products fall under each day.
Where the value comes from
The plugin records the source of every anchor price: its own snapshot, an import, or aggregation from variations.
A product with none of those has no anchor price and nothing is printed.

One row per product; the third column is an optional day, which covers a catalogue spanning both groups.
