For sole traders and individuals, roughly EUR 130-1,300 per offence.

Companies and responsible persons

Companies: roughly EUR 1,300-13,000. Responsible person: roughly EUR 260-2,600. Issuing a document without the required non-fiscalized marking can be far higher.

How to avoid them

Fiscalize every sale (incl. bank transfer), comply with e-invoicing in time, and use a tool that issues correct documents automatically.
