Internal fiscalization act 2026: example and ready template

Internal fiscalization act 2026: who needs it, what it must contain, plus a ready example you can adapt to your business.

Published: June 25, 2026

What is it?

An internal document defining your business premises, devices and invoice numbering. Not filed in advance, but must be shown on inspection.

What it must contain

Premises and their codes, invoice numbering rules, sequence rules and responsible persons. A webshop is a business premise too.

How to prepare it

Adapt a template to your firm. In Fiskalizator your premises, devices and numbering are already structured.

Example internal act (ready template)

The internal act is a simple company decision. One page with the following points, filled with your data, is enough:

  • 1. Company and OIB: Example Ltd., OIB 12345678901.
  • 2. Premises and codes: PP1 = store at Ilica 1, Zagreb; PP2 = webshop www.example.com.
  • 3. Devices per premise: PP1 has devices 1 and 2 (registers), PP2 has device 1 (webshop server).
  • 4. Invoice numbering rule: number-premise-device (e.g. 152-PP2-1), sequential through the calendar year with no gaps.
  • 5. Person responsible for fiscalization: name and role.
  • 6. Date of adoption and signature.
